Filler text generator

Placeholder content for design mockups and layout testing. Latin or Hangeul.

Result

Everything happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

When to use it

Empty body areas in a design mockup, A/B test wireframes, layout flow demos. Lorem ipsum gives you the right visual weight without the distraction of real words.

Options

  • Count — 1 to 100.
  • Unit — words, sentences, or paragraphs.
  • Language — Latin (the traditional lorem-ipsum word pool) or Hangeul for Korean filler.
  • Start with "Lorem ipsum" — Latin only. Pins the first sentence to the canonical opener.

Hangeul filler

The Korean word pool sticks to short adjectives, nouns, and verb stems so the rhythm matches real Korean prose. The text doesn't mean anything; it just looks the right size on the page.

Regenerate

Each tap of Regenerate reshuffles. Useful for showing variants of the same layout with different filler weights.

Random samples from in-bundle dictionary

Latin / Hangul dictionaries ship in the code itself. Words · sentences · paragraphs combined randomly — there's no user input to collect in the first place.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate Hangul filler text too?
Yes. Beyond Latin lorem ipsum, Hangul samples are pulled from an in-bundle dictionary. Useful for verifying Korean line-height in design mockups.
What units are available?
Words · sentences · paragraphs. Quantity ranges from 1 to 100 via slider.
What does 'Start with Lorem' do?
When on, the first word is always 'Lorem' (or the dictionary's leading word for Hangul). Convention favors this; turn it off if you want a different opening each time.
